Throughout the years my work has focused, primarily, on two themes: the urban environment and nature. These seemingly opposite subjects coexist in a surprisingly harmonious way. It is the essence, rather than an exact replica, of these old buildings, weeds, and urban wildlife that I strive to capture. I work with mixed media using a graphic, as opposed to painterly, approach and prefer paper as a support. In addition, I also work with a variety of fine printmaking media
